Laying Turf

to create a lawn is an almost instant result, and it is important to plan things
correctly.

Caring for Turf
You should ensure that you
order the turf to arrive after the site has been thoroughly prepared. The new
turf will arrives in rolls and deteriorates quickly if not laid immediately.
Once delivered, it is a
good idea to stack the rolls in a cool position out of the sun, then sprinkle
with water and cover with a sheet of polythene to prevent the turf drying out.
Do not worry if the turf turns a pale and yellow within the rolls. It is usual
for this to happen, it will soon return to a healthy green colour once light
gets to it.
